Pen TDS meter product usage:
The TDS-1H pen TDS is an instrument used to test TDS (total dissolved solids in a solution). Simultaneously display TDS measurement values and temperature. Its features include stable functionality and easy operation. Make it the choice for field and laboratory measurement of TDS values in enterprises and institutions. Widely used for monitoring in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics, and food.

Pen TDS Meter Operation Guide
Before use, please pull off the electrode protective cover under the TDS meter with force and do not rotate it!
1. Locking function
Press "ON/OFF" to turn on the device. During normal operation, press the "HOLD" button to lock the current data on the LCD screen and display the HOLD symbol. Press the "HOLD" button again to unlock the mode.
2. Automatic temperature compensation (ATC)
The ATC symbol is displayed in the lower left corner of the LCD screen, indicating that the TDS meter is in automatic temperature compensation mode.
3. Conversion from ℃ to ℉
When the TDS meter leaves the factory, the default temperature unit is ℃ (Celsius). If using the ℉ (Fahrenheit) temperature unit, you can click the "CAL" button to select it.
4. Instrument calibration
4.1 The TDS meter has been calibrated before leaving the factory and can be used directly. After prolonged use, there may be deviations in the test results, in which case calibration is necessary. If the electrode is in a dry state, soak the electrode part in clean water for 5-10 minutes to activate the electrode. Prepare a standard buffer solution with 6440 ppm (12.88mS/cm) TDS, preferably at 25 ° C.
4.2 Press the "ON/OFF" F key and place the electrode in the standard buffer solution, stir it appropriately and then let it rest. Wait for the TDS value to stabilize, then press the "CAL" key for about three seconds. The CAL symbol will be displayed on the LCD screen. Release the "CAL" key at this time, and the TDS meter will automatically recognize the current value of the standard buffer solution, display the current test value for about one second, and then the display screen will show 6440 ppm. After 1 second, the display screen shows the SA symbol, indicating that the calibration result is being memorized, and then the symbol END is displayed on the screen. After 1 second, normal measurement is restored.
4.3 If the "CAL" button is pressed and the symbol END appears on the display screen after one second, it indicates that the TDS buffer solution has failed or the electrode has aged. Please confirm if the buffer solution is working properly and if the electrodes are malfunctioning.
4.4 Special note: When the TDS value is calibrated and the symbol END is not displayed on the screen, please do not remove the TDS meter from the buffer solution.
